This is a sign that is not seen in Vermont.  A tsunami is similar to a tidal wave, but is created by
an earthquake.  During the 1964 earthquake in Alaska, much of this area was devasted by tsunamis.

My cheap poncho even held up for bucycling.  I had
to remove my glasses at this point.  It was raining
so hard that I could "see" better without them.
