There are 3 Shelters within the Laraway Section.

"Round
Top" is a log Shelter with space for 10. Built in 1994 by Todd and
Wendy Jenner, the Laraway Section, and other GMC volunteers. This
shelter is dedicated to Todd's brother Jeff. Logs were cut on Roundtop
and skidded to the site the previous winter. The water source is a hand
pump located 450 feet North of the shelter. This water source may run
dry during drought conditions.
Round Top has a nice view of the Plot Road valley veiwed from the West side of the shelter.

"Corliss Camp" is a frame camp with bunk space and loft area for 14.
Built in 1989 by Peter Hayden and Laraway Section volunteers. Named
after Robert Corliss of St. Albans who was an active section member.
Water is located in a brook 350 feet north-east from the camp. The brook is a reliable source during dry periods.

"Spruce Ledge Camp" is a frame camp with bunk space for 8. Built by Gil
Patnoe and Cheryl Vreeland, the Laraway Section, and other GMC
volunteers in 1998. The camp is dedicated to Don Hill, long an
inspiring trail and shelter maintaniner through northern Vermont. A
short walk from the camp to Devils Perch rewards views of Ritterbush
Pond and Belvidere Mountain to the north. A reliable water source is
located at the spur trail to SLC and another source is 250 feet from
the camp.
At the three Laraway Section shelters we have been using the Moldering Privy for waste management.
