As per usual, I'm doing a hack job of a home page because I seem to have a spare moment. At some point, I should be able to haul out GIMP and Cosmo and make a really whiz-bang web page.

Like that's ever happened before.

Where did Jim come from?

I started at EMBA-CF in late October 1997, after finishing a short career at the Physician's Computer Company. At EMBA I am the UNIX support guy. So, if you have UNIXy questions you can come to me.

Maybe at some point I'll write up a short life history. Although that would be somewhat vain.

Really, my purpose for creating a home page was so I could make links to HTML docs that I store in my homedir. Since I'm installing the GIMP right now, I needed a place to put its manual. This is stored locally at EMBA-CF for quick access.
