Funded Research One of our major DOD funded projects was titled "Applications of Finite Groups to Signal Processing". There were three Co-PIs: Richard Foote Dan Rockmore and myself. This research spans central areas of contemporary pure and applied mathematics: finite group and representation theory, applied group theory, non-commutative harmonic analysis and signal processing and wavelets. Results of this work can be found under ``Publication``. Project period: 4/1/00 to 3/31/03 Our current work in Multiscale Systems is funded by two internal grants. Project Period: 6/1/2007 to date
