Music Every Summer Week

The Williston Town Band performs weekly on Wednesdays during the summer of each year. Concerts are intermingled with rehearsals. The band rehearses indoors at the Old Brick Church, Rt 2 in Williston Village each Wednesday evening during June. The band then "goes public" with its first summer concert on the evening prior to the 4th of July celebration. This is a major town celebration which includes fun run, concert, and ice cream social. All of this is held on the common in front of the elementary school on Route 2 in the village of Williston.

The band then leads the traditional 4th of July parade in Williston, stepping off at 10AM sharp. Stop by next time to witness one of the best home town parades in the State of Vermont.

For the remainder of the summer, the band either rehearses or plays a concert at the band shell every Wednesday on the common in front of the elementary school. Look for the sandwich board by the Library announcing each concert.
