MATHEMATICA LABS FOR MATH 52B
Installation: Mathematica 7.0 is now available. You should install it on your computer by clicking here
and following the instructions. If you already have an older version of
Mathematica, it is best to uninstall that first using "Add/Remove
programs" available from your Control Panel.
Getting Started: Here is a very helpful video to show you how to get started. It is designed for Math 22, but illustrates the features of Mathematica 7.0 nicely.
Labs: Click on the lab that you want and download it to your M drive
(or
your hard drive at home).
1) Remember to change the zz in the file name to
your user name
(usually your first initial and your last name), right away!
2) Save your work often.
3) When done, delete all output using the menu under "Cell" and send to
sands@cems.uvm.edu with a subject heading that matches the name of the
file.
