BAKE SALE: Volunteers are needed to work at
the Bake Sale the week of November 19 and 20, so if you
are available any day between the times of 9am and 4pm, you can let SWE know by e-mail
or at the general meeting on Monday, November 10 at 6pm in Perkins 101.
T-SHIRTS: SWE t-shirts will be sold this
fall semester for $15 for a limited time. Please e-mail SWE
or contact a SWE Member to find out how to purchase one.
FALL DINNER DIRECTIONS: From 89, go west
towards the lake. Take first right onto East Avenue/Carrigan Drive. At light, take
left onto Carrigan Drive. Go straight through the light and take immediate left into
parking lot. (Just before the building construction). You may park anywhere in this lot.
To The Livak Ballroom: Enter the Davis Center through
the front entrance from the parking lot. The bookstore will be on your left. Walk straight
and turn right to go up the stairs to the fourth floor. At the top of the stairs, walk straight
to the far corner and proceed all the way down the hallway. The Frank Livak Ballroom is at the
end of the hallway.

Cost - Free! But donations will be accepted
What To Bring - Yourself, some cash for our t-shirt raffle, and donations of any amount
($1, $5, $10, etc.) The club has big plans for the upcoming semester and we are going to need
financial support, so feel free to donate!
Attire - Since this is one of the few special events we hold, we would like you all to dress
nicely - please no t-shirts or jeans. Nice pants, skirts, khakis, sweaters etc. are great
Info - We will be having presentations by both collegiate members and a professional
member about the national conference. In addition to those presentations, we will be looking for
ideas/input on how to better connect with the professional section and the community, so bring your
ideas to share
